1 small banana (frozen is best)
1 cup fresh pineapple
2 cups kale, chopped
4 to 6 oz hemp milk
1 cup ice
For a great
protein boost add 1 scoop Vegan protein powder.

Skinnylicious green smoothie is a good choice for daily nutrition. It has very
little sugar, but is tasty enough to enjoy! Try first if you want the full
experience green smoothie. This was my first recipe and gave me the best
results drink twice a day until I reach my goal weight. You can double or
triple the recipe and drink more than 48 hours with ease. You can also make a
big batch and freeze it! Once thawed drink in 24 hours.
