Smoothies that aid in weight loss, a delicious and nutritious way to lose weight. You also need to know how is the emissions for weight loss? I had no idea that there are many - and many of them were so delicious! For me it is a revelation, because I have a confession to make: I have a sweet tooth at all. First smoothie to lose weight  :

 This is my absolute favorite! Rarely a day goes by that I do not allow! It is perfect for after a workout when you add boost of protein!

1 small banana (frozen is best)
1 cup fresh pineapple
2 cups kale, chopped
4 to 6 oz hemp milk
1 cup ice
For a great protein boost add 1 scoop Vegan protein powder.      

2nd  smoothie to lose weight : 

 The Skinnylicious green smoothie is a good choice for daily nutrition. It has very little sugar, but is tasty enough to enjoy! Try first if you want the full experience green smoothie. This was my first recipe and gave me the best results drink twice a day until I reach my goal weight. You can double or triple the recipe and drink more than 48 hours with ease. You can also make a big batch and freeze it! Once thawed drink in 24 hours.                     

2 -3 cups kale or romaine lettuce or spinach (chopped)
1 cup cucumber
1 cup celery
¼ cup parsley
1 green apple
1 pear
Fresh squeezed juice from a half lemon
6 - 8 oz. filtered water
1 cup ice

3rd smoothie to lose weight  : 

 Simply refreshing and delicious! This is an excellent fresh juice too! 

1 large orange (peeled)
1 green apple (cored)
2 cups kale
Fresh squeezed juice of 1 lime (never use concentrate)
4 – 6 oz. filtered water
1 cup ice


4th  smoothie to lose weight  : 

  Green Champion ,  The ultimate green smoothie for the brave. No fruit. All greens. If you do not want to ruin your first experience green smoothie recommend starting with that.

1 cup Kale
1 cup Spinach
½ a small cucumber
1 cup celery
¼ cup parsley
Fresh squeezed juice of ½ a lemon
6 – 8 oz cold filtered water
1 cup ice

5th smoothie to lose weight  : 

 Sweet, healthy and absolutely delicious! Another great green smoothie to add a tablespoon of vegan protein powder! Enjoy!

 1 cup frozen strawberries
2 cups spinach or kale
1 small banana (frozen is best)
4 - 6 oz. hemp milk
1 cup ice
Boost it 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder such as Vanilla bean by plantfusion (yum).
