It tricks your brain into thinking you’ve had more and looks more appetizing.
3- Cut out all fizzy drinks
And replace it with 8 glasses of water a day for a big difference.
4- Try green teas and herbal teas
We all know green tea is great for weight loss and herbal teas only have around 2 calories and come in lovely fruit flavors too.
5- Don’t keep treating yourself with food
Instead don’t deprive yourself in the first place. Weight loss foods can be nice and you can have a less healthy treat once in a while.
6- Buy brown bread
It’s low calorie and very versatile and if you already eat a lot of bread this will make a big difference for you.
7- Snack on fruit shush as clementines
They’re sweet and only around 25 calories each.
8- Today, not tomorrow
Stop telling yourself tomorrow and get to it!
And if you slip up, which we all do at times then don’t fell to bad but don’t really overdo it just because you can start again tomorrow. You’ll just be going in circles.
9- Exercise as often as you can
Running is best but wall sits, sit ups, weight lifting etc. are great too .
And remember if it was easy everybody would be skinny but you’re going to be one of the strong ones.
